Donation based mobile sauna sessions throughout the event. All proceeds will be donated to Golisano Children’s Hospital charity. Donation yoga at 3:30, art, tarot readings, live music and Firefly Mobile Bar to follow.

Join us for coffee at the beach, a bite-sized forest therapy immersion led by Stick and Stone, followed by a group hike with Carrie from Hike and Stroll Rochester around Eastman Lake. Coffee included. Participants will receive a code to book a discounted 30-min sauna session at Durand Beach after the hike.
