Mobile Sauna
Our community sauna sessions take place in beautiful outdoor settings around Monroe County—including places like Durand Eastman, Cobb’s Hill Park, and Mendon Ponds. Each session is a chance to unwind, reconnect, and enjoy the warmth of a wood-fired mobile sauna in the heart of nature.
When you book, you’ll reserve a 1-hour time slot (with occasional 30-minute “mini” sessions offered too). Just bring a towel and water—we’ll take care of the rest, including eucalyptus-scented towels and a beautifully crafted sauna set in a peaceful location.
Looking to come with friends? If a time slot has 5 open spaces, reach out to us and we’ll block it off for your group—with a discount for booking the full session.
Come as you are. Leave lighter, warmer, and more connected.

Wood: our wood is supplied by Flower City Firewood. It is dried and seasoned for 14-16 months. They work directly with farmers and landowners to execute their land goals.
