Forest Bathing

Our forest bathing sessions take place in serene natural spaces where the noise of the world fades and something deeper can be heard.

Each 2-hour walk is guided by an ANFT (Association of Nature and Forest Therapy) Certified Forest Therapy Guide, who will gently lead you through a series of “invitations”—simple, sensory-based prompts that help you slow down, tune in, and notice more. End with tea ceremony: a quiet close to your journey. This simple ceremony offers space to reflect and complete the experience with presence.

This isn’t a hike, and there’s no destination to reach. It’s an opportunity to reconnect—with the land, your body, your breath, and the present moment.

All you need to do is show up. We’ll guide the rest.
