Community sessions are shared, small-group (max 10 people) experiences where guest move at their own pace between the sauna and the fresh outdoor air.
About 5-6 people enter the sauna at a time for around of heat (typically 10-15 minutes), while other rest by the fire, sip tea, or wander the land. Guest rotate naturally throughout the session, creating a spacious and easy flow.

We recommend bringing:
Two towels (one to sit on in the sauna and one to use for drying off after)
Change of dry clothes for after your session
A robe (optional, but nice for staying cozy between sessions)
We'll have water and a selection of herbal teas available to keep you refreshed throughout the session.
We have a changing tent available, but we recommend arriving in the clothing you want to sauna in, so you can make the most of your time.
Keep in mind, you will be outside so wear appropriate foot protection (like sandals or Crocs for walking around).

You don’t need much! We recommend wearing comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather along with appropriate shoes for walking slowly and standing.
You may also want to bring water, extra layers of clothing and anything that helps you feel at ease outdoors, such as a small blanket to sit on.

All of our experiences (sauna and forest bathing) take place outdoors and are designed to be enjoyed in a range of weather conditions. Rain, snow, or cooler temperatures can deepen the experience.
In the case of severe weather, we will reach out to reschedule. -
No experience is needed. Both sauna and forest bathing are accessible to beginners and guided in a way that allows you to participate at your own comfort level.

Community sauna sessions are fully off-grid, so there isn’t a traditional restroom on-site. We provide a private pop-up camping bathroom, and guests are also welcome to step into the woods.
Forest bathing sessions are typically held in parks with restrooms available, though there may be times when we’re a short walk away.

We’ll handle delivery, setup, and pickup of the sauna. All that’s needed is a relatively flat space—such as a driveway, parking area, or level section of land—with enough room for our 8x12 trailer and safe clearance for the chimney above.
Our sauna is wood-fired and fully off-grid, meaning no electricity is required. We also provide the firewood and everything needed to get you started.
Access to the space is important, especially in winter months when driveways are preferred over soft ground. We’ll coordinate with you ahead of time to choose the best placement and ensure everything is set up safely and smoothly.
