Wilderness Wellness

We create spaces where stillness speaks.

Through guided forest bathing walks and the gentle heat of a wood-fired mobile sauna, we invite you to step out of the rush and back into rhythm- with breath, with the earth, with yourself.

Rooted in Rochester, NY, our work is guided by the belief that nature heals not by fixing, but by reminding. That presence is medicine, and the way into presence is through our senses. And that in the quiet company of trees and steam, we return to something ancient and whole. This is more than self-care; it’s a way home.

How to Book Your Experience

Explore our calendar of upcoming forest bathing walks and community mobile sauna sessions to find the perfect time to reconnect with nature. Once you've found an event that speaks to you, head over to our Booking Page to reserve your spot. It's easy, intuitive, and designed to get you one step closer to deep rest and renewal.

What to Expect When You Book a Community Sauna

Our community sauna sessions take place in beautiful outdoor settings around Monroe County—including places like Durand Eastman, Cobb’s Hill Park, and Mendon Ponds. Each session is a chance to unwind, reconnect, and enjoy the warmth of a wood-fired mobile sauna in the heart of nature.

When you book, you’ll reserve a 1-hour time slot (with occasional 30-minute “mini” sessions offered too). Just bring a towel and water—we’ll take care of the rest, including eucalyptus-scented towels and a beautifully crafted sauna set in a peaceful location.

Looking to come with friends? If a time slot has 5 open spaces, reach out to us and we’ll block it off for your group—with a discount for booking the full session.

Come as you are. Leave lighter, warmer, and more connected.

What to Expect From Forest Bathing

Our forest bathing sessions take place in serene natural spaces throughout Monroe County—including parks, forests, and quiet trails where the noise of the world fades and something deeper can be heard.

Each 2-hour walk is guided by an ANFT Certified Forest Therapy Guide, who will gently lead you through a series of “invitations”—simple, sensory-based prompts that help you slow down, tune in, and notice more.

This isn’t a hike, and there’s no destination to reach. It’s an opportunity to reconnect—with the land, your body, your breath, and the present moment. Most people leave feeling more grounded, calm, and clear—as if nature handed them back to themselves.

All you need to do is show up. We’ll guide the rest.
